2. Services
We provide apartment search and buyer representation and act as an intermediary; we do not own listed properties. We represent the buyer unless agreed otherwise in writing. We do not give legal or tax advice.
3. Client obligations
Provide accurate information, use the site lawfully, and do not copy or scrape listings without written consent.
4. Prices
Fees are stated in the applicable offer or agreement; payment terms are set out in the individual contract.
5. Complaints
Send complaints to contact@delentira.com; we reply within 30 days. Consumer rights are protected under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" dated 10 June 2023. The competent authority is the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
6. Data and cookies
We process personal data under the Law of Ukraine No. 3603-IX "On Personal Data Protection" dated 20 March 2024; consent is required. Cookies are used only with prior consent under the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" dated 16 December 2020.
7. Advertising and language
Listings are accurate and not misleading under the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising" dated 3 July 1996. A Ukrainian-language version of this site is available under the Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" dated 25 April 2019. Legal notices are provided under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" dated 3 September 2015.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Ukrainian law, we are not liable for indirect loss or third-party listing accuracy.
